The processing time for orders is typically between 2 to 5 business days. Once your order is confirmed, it enters production, which usually takes an additional 2 to 7 business days on average. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement at no additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Herbisaur Tees only ships within the United States. We are focused on providing quality service to our domestic customers at this time.
